The TF930 and TF960 are high-performance 3GHz and 6GHz frequency counters, respectively, designed for bench-top and portable use with USB connectivity. They offer a wide frequency range from 0.001Hz to >3000MHz or 6000MHz, high input sensitivity, and multiple measurement functions including frequency, period, pulse width, duty cycle, frequency ratio, and event counting. The PFM3000 is a low-cost handheld frequency counter with a frequency range of 3 Hz to >3000 MHz, providing high sensitivity and resolution for various applications. Both series feature a high-performance temperature-compensated timebase, reciprocal measurement technique for superior resolution, and flexible signal conditioning. They are compatible with Aim-TTi test and measurement instruments and can be remotely controlled via USB.
