The TCD-1K series of single output switching power supplies, offered by Technology Dynamics Inc., is designed for low cost and high reliability applications. These power supplies are particularly suitable for critical systems in remote locations, severe environments, redundant (N+1) or battery-backed-up uninterruptible operation. They come with a range of options and are ideal for telecommunication applications. Key features include full range input, low noise and ripple, built-in DC fan for cooling, current share function, DC good signal, remote on/off, and remote sense functions. The TCD-1K series also offers various options such as auto line selection, 3 phase input, parallel operation, ORing diode for redundant operation, rack/panel mount, ruggedization for shock and vibration (MIL-STD-810), 400Hz operation, conformal coating, and LVBD (battery backup). The power supplies are designed to meet safety and emissions standards including UL/cUL60950-1, TUV EN60950-1, and EN55022 (Class A).
