Corrosion Control™ Water Separator

The Corrosion Control™ Water Separator is designed to provide proactive corrosion control in fuel tanks by removing tank-bottom corrosion contributors such as water and acid. It operates using a 4" FE PETRO® Submersible Turbine Pump (STP) to create a vacuum that suctions the tank bottom. The separator vessel collects any water/acid mixture, and the clean fuel is returned to the tank. The system is automated and monitored by an EVO™ 600/6000, which runs the separator for 45 minutes after each delivery and once a day during non-peak times. It features an element-free vessel, all stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance, and a height adjustable tank bottom suctioning kit to accommodate tanks up to 10' in diameter.
