GM3488E/GM3490E/GM3491E系列是GATEMODE公司生产的低功耗、±15kV ESD保护的RS-422收发器。这些器件适用于单+3.3V电源，无需电荷泵，与+5V逻辑兼容。GM3488E具有斜率限制驱动器，可最小化EMI并减少由不正确终止的电缆引起的反射，允许在高达1Mbps的数据速率下进行无错误的数据传输。GM3490E和GM3491E的数据传输速率可达12Mbps。所有设备都具有增强型静电放电（ESD）保护，适用于电信、工业控制局域网和EMI敏感应用。
