MOSPEC MBR20200PT Schottky Barrier Rectifiers

The MOSPEC MBR20200PT is a Schottky Barrier Rectifier designed using the Schottky Barrier principle with a refractory metal capable of high temperature operation. It features proprietary barrier technology for reliable operation up to a junction temperature of 175°C. This rectifier is commonly used in switching Mode Power Supplies, such as adaptors, DC/DC converters, free-wheeling, and polarity protection diodes. Key features include low forward voltage, low switching noise, high current capacity, guaranteed reverse avalanche, guard-ring for stress protection, low power loss, high efficiency, high operating junction temperature, low stored charge majority carrier conduction, and plastic material that carries Underwriters Laboratory approval. The rectifier is available in the TO-247AB package and is classified as Flammability Classification 94V-O. It is Pb-free and in compliance with EU RoHS directives.
