The MOSPEC MBR1060CT is a dual Schottky Barrier Power Rectifier designed using the Schottky Barrier principle with a refractory metal capable of high temperature operation. This proprietary barrier technology ensures reliable operation up to a junction temperature of 150°C. The rectifiers are typically used in switching mode power supplies such as adaptors, DC/DC converters, free-wheeling, and polarity protection diodes. Key features include low forward voltage, low switching noise, high current capacity, guaranteed reverse avalanche, guard-ring for stress protection, low power loss, high efficiency, and an operating junction temperature of 150°C.
