The Lexicon DD-8+ is a multi-patented DriveCore™ amplifier technology-based audio amplifier designed for professional audio applications. It features 8-channels, each capable of delivering 125W into 8-ohms, with flexible channel configurations including four stereo, eight mono, or any combination of stereo/mono channels. The amplifier offers local/Bus RCA input selection for single or multi-zone configurations, a 5V – 15V DC trigger input/output, and signal-sensing channel inputs. It includes a front panel standby power switch with an indicator LED, channel status indicator LEDs, and protection circuitry against short-circuit and thermal issues. The DD-8+ is designed for high efficiency and quiet operation, with a lightweight chassis that occupies only one rack space (1RU). It also features a low-power consumption standby mode and includes rack ears and feet. The amplifier is equipped with a built-in Digital Signal Processor (DSP) and is compatible with IP control/automation systems by Crestron, AMX, Control4, and Savant.
