They operate on the principle of the difference in running times of ultrasonic waves in a medium, which is influenced by the speed of flow. The meters offer a high range span of 1:250, small pressure loss, and high repeat accuracy. They are independent of density and temperature and can be equipped with various outputs and features, including temperature measurement, bidirectional measurement, and IO-Link function.
