The Tigo Rapid Shutdown System (RSS) Transmitter is designed to work with the Tigo TS4-F (Fire Safety) PV module rapid shutdown unit. It sends a signal to the TS4-F units to maintain energy supply while powered on. When the RSS Transmitter is turned off, the TS4-F units enter rapid shutdown mode and resume energy production upon power restoration. This system complies with NEC 690.12 specifications and uses PLC signaling for rapid shutdown. It includes two RSS Cores and a 480/277VAC power supply.
