LiPOLY TPS589 is a two-part thermal conductive sealing glue designed for filling gaps and providing thermal conductivity. It features low viscosity, high fluidity, and high deformation capability, making it suitable for various applications such as automotive electronics, telecommunications, computer peripherals, and between heat-generating components and heat sinks. The glue is waterproof, airtight, and offers thermal conductive vibration damping. It has a curing condition of 25°C for 7 days and a shelf life of 24 months under unopened and room temperature conditions.
