ASL1036 18 – 40 GHz Low Noise Amplifier Datasheet

ASL1036是一款工作在18.0 – 40.0 GHz频率范围内的低噪声放大器。该放大器采用3级放大设计，提供19dB的增益，噪声系数小于3.5dB，输入和输出回波损耗优于15dB。在整个工作频率范围内，LNA的P1dB为8dBm，可在+2V、+3V或+4V直流电源下工作，典型电流消耗为100mA。该放大器采用自偏置操作，输入和输出直流耦合，芯片尺寸为2.20mm x 2.35mm x 0.1mm。典型应用包括雷达、军事、测试设备和传感器。
