CTM**V6** NOPCI is a monitoring system for machine tools in the production line, with a flexible interface concept, supporting Profibus, Profinet, Focas, Ethernet IP and other interfaces. The system is independent of control and manufacturer, providing various monitoring options including process documentation and process optimization. It supports standard breakage, missing, overload and wear monitoring, as well as SAS additional monitoring options such as DX/DT for long processing processes or small batch sizes, gear hobbing early wear detection, and fluid strategy for deep hole machining. The system also provides visualization features including multilingual support and documentation functions such as data retrieval, statistics, and process documentation.
