LS1304V18-1N 1-Line, Bi-directional, Ultra-low Capacitance Transient Voltage Suppressor

LS1304V18-1N is a ultra-low capacitance TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) designed for protecting high-speed data interfaces. It can protect sensitive electronic components connected to data lines and transmission lines from over-stress caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD). The product has the following features: 18V maximum standoff voltage, transient protection of IEC61000-4-2 (ESD) ±15kV (contact discharge), peak pulse current withstand capability of IEC61000-4-5 (surge) 4A (8/20μs), ultra-low capacitance CJ = 0.35pF (typical value) and ultra-low leakage current IR < 1nA (typical value). LS1304V18-1N is packaged in DFN1006-2L, suitable for NFC antenna protection, high-speed and standard data line protection, portable electronic devices and laptops and other applications.
