P1130 MEMS Mirror Module Data Sheet

The P1130 is a one-axis MEMS mirror module designed for solid-state LiDAR and industrial inspection applications. It features a MEMS mirror chip and a closed-loop control circuit. The module provides real-time scanning position of the MEMS mirror and outputs a marking signal when scanning a marking angle, which is configurable by the user. The module offers incremental pulse signals for position indication with a resolution of 0.05°. Key features include a maximum scan angle of 60°, configurable scan angle (Type A: 50°~60°, Type B: 55°~60°), and a resonant frequency of 1.15±10% kHz.
