da6618 Intelligent, triaxial acceleration sensor

The da6618 is an ultra-low power, high-performance capacitive three-axis linear accelerometer developed using micro-machined technology. It features 16-bit digital resolution, temperature compensation, motion detection, step counter, and significant motion detection. Target applications include user interfaces for mobile phones and PMPs, display orientation, gesture recognition, active monitoring, free-fall detection, single/double click recognition, power management, vibration monitoring, and step counter. The sensor is available in a 2x2x0.98mm LGA-12 package and offers a wide range of supply voltages and digital interfaces.
