The MC33063ADR is a single-chip DC-DC converter integrated circuit featuring a reference voltage source for temperature compensation, comparator, oscillator, driver, and high current output switch tube. It can effectively limit current and control the working cycle. The circuit can form a DC-DC converter with boost, buck, and voltage reversal using only a few external components. It is packaged in SOP8 and has a working voltage range of 3.0V-32V. The output switch has a current limit of 1.2A, and the adjustable output voltage can reach 100kHz. The internal reference voltage accuracy is 2%
