90 Second Black Semirigid Adhesive for Rapid Repairs & Assembly Operations

PLAST X ‘A’ is a 90-second rapid curing black adhesive suitable for rapid repairs and assembly operations (such as brackets, connectors, fixtures, fasteners, decorative strips and badges, as well as rapid repairs of semi-rigid plastics and composite materials). The adhesive has non-dripping, non-shrinking, sandable and repaintable, excellent gap-filling properties. After curing, PLAST X ‘A’ provides excellent strength and durability, capable of bonding iron metals, aluminum, zinc and galvanized metals, GRP/SMC/thermosetting composites, rigid thermoplastic plastics and wood. It reduces the fire risk in the welding process, lowers the risk of panel deformation and warping caused by overheating, and reduces corrosion through one operation. PLAST X ‘A’ is suitable for the following substrates: iron metals and aluminum, zinc and galvanized metals, GRP/SMC/thermosetting composites, rigid thermoplastic plastics and wood.
