The PDu100 is a compact piezo driver designed for driving piezoelectric actuators and benders. It features an integrated high-voltage power supply and can operate with a supply voltage range of 3V to 5.5V. The driver is capable of driving two-wire piezoelectric actuators and benders up to ±100V, and three-wire piezoelectric benders and stack actuators up to +100V. It is suitable for applications in battery-powered robotics, piezoelectric motors, and ultra-low-power positioning and manipulation systems. The PDu100 includes protection against short circuit, current overload, and excessive temperature, and has a shutdown pin that reduces the supply current to 1mA when pulled low.
