MP6951 高频反激式 SR 驱动器，带 VDS 蜂鸣检测

MP6951 是一款采用 flip-chip 封装技术的次级同步整流驱动器，适用于高频反激式转换器。该器件可支持高达 1MHz 的反激式转换器。外部同步整流 MOSFET 的正向压降被调节到约 40mV。MP6951 在电压变为负值时立即关闭 SR MOSFET。MP6951 使用智能 VDS 蜂鸣检测技术，有助于防止在断续导通模式 (DCM) 和准谐振 (QR) 操作期间，由于 VDS 谐振而导致 MOSFET 的栅极驱动器被错误触发。MP6951 采用节省空间的 TSOT23-6 封装。
