The Series 101 CMOS Drive SIL/SIP Reed Relays are designed for high-quality instrumentation applications. They feature direct drive from 74HC or HCT logic, stacking on a 0.3 inches pitch, and are available in various configurations including 1 Form A, 2 Form A, 1 Form B, and 1 Form C. The relays offer insulation resistance greater than 10^12 Ω for dry Form A devices and coils in 3 V, 5 V, 12 V, or 24 V with optional internal diode. The Series 101 is known for its high coil resistances, which allow direct driving from 74HC or 74HCT logic without additional drivers. The relays are encapsulated in a plastic package with internal mu-metal magnetic screen for protection against electromagnetic interference.
