The WPSU-SAP1 and WPSU-SAP2 are the world's first Smart Apartment Power Supply Units (PSU). They are designed to reduce customer support and increase customer satisfaction by ensuring the IRS system functions correctly regardless of building occupancy or the type of set-top box used. These PSUs are available in 1 and 2 feed versions, compatible with both legacy and dSCR Set Top Boxes. They provide 22W power at 14/18V per channel and can be installed as a set back Apartment PSU or in the electrical cupboard. They are compatible with a range of voltage switching commands and can maintain the IRS system functional when only TERR services are required.
