Model 53755 是一款双通道 100V/10A 辐射硬化固态继电器，采用 8 引脚 SIP 表面贴装密封封装。每个独立的固态触点为 A 型，断电时打开。该固态继电器通过磁耦合命令，避免了与同类光电耦合部件相比的慢响应、辐射敏感性和温度敏感性。固态继电器还集成了 GaN 输出晶体管，以实现低接触电阻和优异的温度参数。GaN FET 开关提供比同类固态继电器降低 4 到 5 倍的开关电阻，大大降低了功耗。
