Signal Conditioners for Position Measurement Series MUP400

This document introduces the MUP400 series signal conditioners produced by Novotechnik, which is a computer controlled signal converter used to convert potentiometer input signals to standard voltage or current signals. The regulator provides a highly stable constant voltage to potentiometer sensors and forms a proportional standard output signal by sampling the slider signal of the high impedance input stage without load. MUP400 has a computer control interface module, simple teaching functions, over/underload signals, a measurement rate up to 7.5 kHz, a 24-bit Sigma-Delta-AC converter, optional electrical isolation (DC/DC transformer), and excellent linearity and very low temperature drift characteristics.
