NX11FS2x 是一款基于32位MCU的高品质语音/MIDI系统单芯片处理器，专为处理数字语音相关功能而设计。它源自NX1 OTP系列，在语音/MIDI播放的各种应用中已被广泛采用。NX11FS2x是新一代的EF（嵌入式快闪存储器）系列，旨在弥补一次性烧录OTP的不足，并将ICE调试功能直接集成到量产芯片中，从而简化开发流程。与掩膜（Mask ROM）产品相比，NX11FS2x具有更优的MOQ和交期优势。该芯片采用内存映射架构，最高可寻址16MB，包括内存（EF/RAM）、外设以及SPI Flash的存储空间（支持Bank扩展以及指令/数据模式）。NX11FS2x支持SBC（子带编码），在音质上大幅超越传统的ADPCM算法。
