DM5150是一款专为720H CCD传感器摄像头设计的单通道视频解码器。它将6.5 MHz模拟CVBS信号转换为27 MHz CCIR656数字信号。DM5150集成了内部PLL，并使用27MHz外部时钟源解码720H视频。它支持NTSC (M)、PAL (B, D, G, H, I, M, Nc)制式，并具有自动增益控制、可编程亮度、对比度、饱和度、色调和锐度等功能。此外，它还支持YCbCr 4:2:2、4:1:1、4:2:0视频接口格式，并具有低功耗特性。
