CLD240E Silicon PIN Photodiode

The CLD240E is a 1.346 µm x 1.346 µm active area silicon PIN photodiode with a wide acceptance angle of 140°. It has a response range from 400 nm to 1100 nm and features an epoxy dome lens. The photodiode is suitable for applications in IR air communications, ambient light detection, safety and monitoring, and security systems. It is equipped with an active area of 1.346 µm x 1.346 µm and is usable for visible through near-IR wavelengths.
