The 4HCN-LS is a hydrogen cyanide gas sensor designed for detecting hydrogen cyanide gas levels. It operates on an electrochemical three-electrode principle and features a detection range of 0-50 ppm with an extended concentration of 100 ppm. The sensor has a low baseline current of < ±0.2 μA and offers sensitivity of 100±20 nA/ppm (positive signal) with a response time of < 120 seconds. It has a repeatability of < 2% of the signal per month and is linear in its response. The sensor is designed for use in most life safety detectors and operates within a temperature range of -20 to 50°C, a pressure range of 800-1200 mbar, and a humidity range of 15%-90% RH (non-condensing).
