The Model 650 FID Sensor by Control Instruments Corporation is a high-temperature flame ionization sensor designed for continuous measurement of total hydrocarbon concentrations. It features a proprietary FID design for accurate and linear response. The sensor is equipped with a heated sampling system to prevent condensation and is suitable for monitoring high flash point solvent vapors and compounds with high temperature dew points. It offers various outputs including relays for warning, danger, and malfunction, a 4-20mA analog output, and an RS-485 serial port with Modbus protocol. The sensor meets CFR 40 Part 60 Method 25A performance criteria and is suitable for harsh industrial environments.
