Star/delta connection for the protective start of the motor

The Condor Pressure Control GmbH CSDU Star/delta connection is designed for economically operating motors with a switching capacity greater than 4 kW using public mains networks. It reduces the inrush current by 1/3 during the startup phase, ensuring reliable switching from star to delta operation. The system includes a manual motor starter with thermal and magnetic trip for motor protection. Standard executions feature a manual motor starter, on/off switch for the control circuit, main circuit-breaker with enclosure locking, emergency button, hour meter, and operating LED. The connections are available in various power ratings and configurations, including standard versions and those with transformers for systems without neutral leader.
