RELA绝对式高精度栅尺是一款单码道绝对式光栅栅尺，适用于精度要求极高的测量场合。其保证精度可达±1 µm（1米内），标称栅距为30 µm，确保优异的运动控制性能。栅尺采用ZeroMet™材料，热膨胀系数低，便于搬运和安装。RELA栅尺与雷尼绍的RESOLUTE™绝对式光栅系统兼容，具有多种长度可供选择，最长可达1.5 m。栅尺具有±40 nm电子细分误差，分辨率可达1 nm，最大速度为100 m/s。
