BHWR580M is part of the BHW RF Active Integrated Antenna (RFAiA) product series, a complete射频前端solution. It integrates a low noise amplifier (LNA) with an ultra-low total noise figure of 1.7dB and 10dB of gain, a power amplifier (PA) with a maximum transmission power of +18dBm, and a pair of high efficiency and very stable VSWR antennas, all in a compact 16x12mm design. BHWR580M can be easily surface mounted to the main product board without any additional impedance matching, thus significantly simplifying RF design and shortening the product development cycle.
