LINEAR POWER SUPPLY IF48-8

This document provides specifications for the IF48-8 linear power supply, manufactured in the United States. The power supply is designed for 115/230 VAC input with a tolerance for 230 VAC of +15%, -10%. It outputs 48 VDC at 8 AMP and requires fan cooling at loads of 200 WATTS or more. The power supply features overvoltage protection, automatic foldback short circuit protection, and automatic current limit overload protection. It has line regulation of +/- 0.2% and load regulation of +/- 0.4%. The output ripple is 15 mV PK-PK maximum, and the transient response is < 50 µsec per 50% load change. The operating temperature range is 0°C to 40°C, derated linearly to 40% at 60°C, and storage temperature range is -40°C to +85°C. The power supply is UL recognized for US and Canada and carries the CE Mark.
