The ICP197 is a linear power supply IC designed for various applications. It features a wide input voltage range of 100/120/220/240 VAC with a tolerance of +10%, -13% for 230 VAC. The device provides a 5 VDC output at 50 AMP with mandatory fan cooling at loads of 200 WATTS or more. It includes overvoltage protection, short circuit protection, and automatic current limit. The line regulation is +/- 0.05% for a 10% line change, and load regulation is +/- 0.05% for a 50% load change. The ICP197 operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 50°C and has inherent low conducted and radiated noise levels. It is recognized by UL for US and Canada and carries the CE Mark for LVD 92/59/EEC and RoHS-5 Lead in Solder Exemption.
