The aXiom AX54A-3D is a high-performance capacitive multi-touch controller designed for demanding applications across various markets, including Automotive, Industrial, White Goods, and Medical. It supports advanced capacitive touch sensing, integrated force sensing, and haptic feedback output event triggers. The device can detect not only conventional contact type touches but also the force applied to the touch sensor cover lens. It features a high-performance acquisition engine, enabling the touchscreen controller to sense regular contacts, gloves, pre-contact proximity, and hover finger targets. The AX54A-3D also includes industry-leading water rejection and wet finger tracking capabilities.
