The FCI-H125/250G-GaAs-100 series is a compact integration of a high-speed GaAs photodetector with a wide dynamic range transimpedance amplifier. These devices are designed for high-bit rate receivers in LAN, MAN, and other high-speed communication systems. They feature low capacitance, low dark current, and high responsivity from 650nm to 860nm. The series is available in TO-46 or TO-52 packages with options for lensed caps or broadband double-sided AR coated flat windows. The devices are also offered with FC, SC, ST, and SMA receptacles.
