MGS BP-20 是一种无溶剂环氧树脂基粘合剂，专为复合材料应用中的快速固化粘合以及复合材料和金属的粘合而开发。该产品即使在较低的环境温度下也能达到良好的固化程度。为了获得完整的机械性能和热阻，建议进行至少 3 小时的 60°C 后固化。然而，在初始固化 24 小时后，已经形成了良好的机械性能。BP20 的表面处理不需要特殊处理，但粘合表面应干燥且无油污。不建议使用粘合剂进行底漆处理，应避免使用。BP20 的树脂和固化剂成分颜色鲜艳，以便在混合过程的初期就能实现均匀混合。BP20 仅应与提供的静态混合器一起使用，这些混合器提供良好的混合效果和低压力损失。混合喷嘴的尖端可以切割以调整流量。
