The Model 140 is a coalescing filter designed with a 316L stainless steel construction. It features a 1/4" NPT / 1/4" NPT drain and a maximum pressure rating of 1500 PSIG. The internal volume, with or without a tie rod and element, is 260cc. It includes a Viton O-Ring and has a total weight of 3.5 lbs. The filter is designed for optimal efficiency with a maximum recommended flow rate of 129 SCFM at 100 PSIG. It comes with a standard coalescing filter element (25-178-70C) with a 95% efficiency at 0.01 micron. The filter supports higher flow rates with increased initial pressure drop. Various filter elements, O-rings, and replacement parts are available for customization. Accessories such as stainless steel support cores and mounting brackets are also provided. Exotic housing materials like Monel A400, Hastelloy C-276, and Inconel A625 are available for specific applications.
