The Model 110HP-INC is a high-pressure coalescing filter designed with Inconel A625 construction. It features a 1/8" NPT / 1/8" NPT drain, a maximum pressure rating of 10,000 PSIG, and an internal volume of 23cc with or without a tie rod and element. The filter includes a Viton O-Ring and has a total weight of 5 lbs. It is designed for optimal efficiency with a flow rate of 23 SCFM at 100 PSIG, based on a 12-32-70C standard coalescing grade element, which offers 95% efficiency at 0.01 micron. The filter supports higher flow rates with increased initial pressure drop. It offers various filter elements, O-Rings, and replacement parts, along with accessories such as stainless steel support cores and mounting brackets. Exotic housing materials like Monel A400 and Hastelloy C-276 are also available.
