Calnex Sentry - The dedicated synchronization monitor

The Calnex Sentry is a comprehensive synchronization monitor designed for data centers. It verifies phase, time, and frequency synchronization, monitors PTP and NTP performance, and diagnoses synchronization issues on Ethernet and clock signals. The Sentry can test at rates up to 100GbE and offers redundant hot-swappable power supplies for added reliability. It provides a comprehensive measurement suite including time error, time interval error, MTIE, TDEV, and ESMC quality levels. The Sentry is capable of simultaneously monitoring multiple PTP, 1PPS, and NTP signals to ensure synchronization accuracy and can test at rates up to 100GbE. It also features a high-stability Rubidium oscillator for holdover mode in case of a loss of GNSS or other reference time.
