LGS54360 是一款集成上下功率MOS管的3A同步降压DC/DC稳压器，具有4.2V-65V的宽输入电压范围。它支持80V的瞬态电压，静态工作电流仅为70uA，关断电流为4uA。该器件在轻负载条件下使用脉冲跳跃实现高效率，接近100%的占空比，并具有Low Drop-Out模式。它还带有EN使能功能、内部300uS软启动、集成上下功率管、可调固定开关频率（200KHz~2MHz）、CCM/DCM/PFM模式自适应切换、内部环路补偿、1V±1%的反馈电压、支持大负载电容启动和保护功能（UVLO/OCP/SCP/OTP）。该器件适用于12V、24V、48V工业、汽车和通信电源系统。
