The AVR400 CNC Vision system is a high-speed and accurate large platform benchtop vision system from Starrett®. It features a stage travel of 400mm x 300mm x 200mm (15.8” x 11.8” x 7.9”) in the XYZ axes, doubling the travel speed capability to up to 120mm/sec compared to previous editions. The system is compatible with CNC capabilities, a range of zoom and telecentric lens options, and offers full CNC XYZ positioning or motorized manual positioning. It includes a color digital video camera, touch probe compatibility, MetLogix™ M3 software, LED substage and ring light illumination, video edge detection, and pattern recognition capability for automated inspection. The AVR400 is designed to measure a broad range of part sizes or larger runs of multiple parts while maintaining accuracy.
