PM-2 Production Monitoring Software

The PM-2 Production Monitoring Software is designed to enhance productivity by monitoring downtime, running time, scrap count, and machine malfunctions. It features a universal design for easy connection to most machines, maximizing production and minimizing manufacturing errors through real-time monitoring. The software automatically gathers production information, calculates and displays OEE data, and can send automatic emails if a machine goes down. It also offers the option to require operators to enter a loss code for machine downtime. The software is compatible with various machines and has two versions: one for data input and collection at the machine, and another as a server version for displaying data on larger screens or area managers' computers. Machine data is logged and saved into an Access database.
