DOPAK® Component sheet - No Bottle No Flow (NBNF)

The Dopak No Bottle No Flow (VTO-NBNF) is a safety feature designed for Dopak samplers, which prevents product flow without a sample bottle in place. It is based on the conventional Dopak VTO needle assembly and includes a secondary shut-off valve. The system ensures closure of the needle assembly even if the handle is in the "sample" position, enforcing the use of a sample bottle with cap and a septum to prevent leakage or spillage. The VTO-NBNF is available in SS316 and a range of special alloys, and can be implemented in both new and existing Dopak samplers.
