SpecSeal® Intumescent Sleeve

The SpecSeal® Intumescent Sleeve is a factory-manufactured device designed to protect metallic and plastic pipes that penetrate through fire-rated floors. It features a flexible steel sleeve body with a molded intumescent lining, which allows it to wrap around pipes ranging from 2 in. to 4 in. trade size. Once installed, it slides into the floor opening for single-side installation without the use of steel screws or hose clamps. The sleeve is suitable for various pipe types and is UL Certified and tested to meet the requirements of ASTM E814 (UL1479) and CAN/ULC-S115.
