SD11487 SiC Half-Bridge Hermetic Power Module

The SD11487 is a SiC Half-Bridge Hermetic Power Module designed for high efficiency power conversion applications. It features low switching and conduction losses, high power conversion efficiency at high frequency operation, and is suitable for high-speed switching with low capacitance. The module includes a real Kelvin source connection for stable gate drive, an isolated backside for direct mounting to a heatsink, and an ALN substrate and CUMO baseplate for thermal conductivity. It operates at high junction temperatures with low junction to case thermal resistance, reducing thermal requirements and system cost. The module also integrates an NTC temperature sensor.
