FT2-E Retrofit

The FT2-E Retrofit is a package designed to enhance the functionality of existing optical comparators. It includes a 22" touchscreen, integrated Windows 10 Mini PC, and a screen-mounted optical edge sensor. The retrofit is compatible with most optical comparators on the market and aims to save inspection and production setup times, increase measurement and reporting capability, and remove operator influence on measured results. The Fusion FT2-E software is also included, which provides 2D geometric measurement functions, graphical reporting, SPC capability, and output to Excel. The software package upgrade includes a 22" Full HD touch screen monitor, mini Windows 10 PC, interface box, optical edge sensor, and all necessary hardware and cables. The retrofit is plug and play and can be easily fitted to many optical comparators.
