XENON™ S-5000 Roll-to-Roll Sintering System

The XENON S-5000 is a customizable multi-lamp, pulsed light system designed for Roll-to-Roll (R2R) applications. It features ten independently-controlled 16” lamps with throughputs up to 70 feet-per-minute. The system is controlled by an industrial touch-screen computer using a patent-pending algorithm to synchronize lamp flashes with the moving sample. The S-5000 offers adjustable light energy and optional integrated conveyor. It has a modular design for easy lamp replacement and service, with a power capacity of up to 15 Kilowatts for a full 10-lamp system. The system includes an industrial touch panel controller for setting parameters and saving process recipes.
