R38 “Entry-level” controller with super-simplified programming

The R38 is an entry-level controller designed for simplified programming. It is suitable for various applications such as soldering/sealing, glueing (hot glue), packaging and blister packing machines, T-shirt printing, maintenance ovens, and thermostatic baths. The controller features very few parameters, input for TC, J, or K thermocouples, resolution of 0.1°C with automatic scale change, a "Sensitive Touch" keyboard, up to 2 SPDT relay outputs, a switching power supply of 100-240 V AC, and various control functions including PID single action with Autotuning, ON/OFF single action, ON/OFF double action (H/C), and SP1/SP2 drives Out 1/Out 2. It also includes parameter protection with programmable password or "Keyboard Lock", soft start or start-up delay function, automatic or stand-by mode, compressor protection time, and direct access to the set point.
