SK78MXXE Three-terminal 1A Positive Voltage Regulator
▲ The SK78MXXE is three-terminal positive regulators. It can deliver up to 1A of output current. When used as a replacement for a Zener diode-resistor combination, an effective improvement in output impedance can be obtained, together with lower quiescent current.
▲ The SK78MXXE is available in TO252 & SOT223 package.
