▲ The 3rd Generation Schottky chip technology allows for improvement (see below) of electrical characteristics. These are especially a lower forward voltage drop and a reduced leakage current. Due to very low demand for the 80 V version, this will be replaced by the 100V type.
■ Acceptance
▲ This PCN will be considered approved 30 days after above given date. Specific proceedings might be proposed within this period by the customer in writing. Diotec will check it and provide a statement.
